Hello happy crafters, I had a fantastic opportunity to work with a beautiful image from Morgan's Artworld Digital Image
They have some beautiful images, especially love the fairy ones.
For this month's card, I used this darling little girl. I coloured using colour pencil and gamsol to smooth out the colouring lines. After that, I used an oval die to trim down the image.
To make the background, I cut out this beautiful rose image from a 4.25 by 5.5 inch card panel. I then used the die cut as a guide to colour the card front with Distress ink Seedless Preserve. After that I adhered the card panel to the front of the card, allowing the colour to show through. Finally to add some embellishment, I used 3 colours of Nuvo Drops.
For the sentiment, I diecut "mom" from lavender colored card stock and popped it up with craft foam then white embossed a tiny "I love you" on gold cardstock.

Hello happy crafters, hope you have been busy crafting and making beautiful things. As for me, I made this. I got my order from The Ton and was sooo excited. I love their classy approaches to life. Especially their shoe stamps. If you like the card you see, keep reading to see how you can make one for yourself.
These are the supplies I used, the stamp is from THE TON Couture Design, 2 embossing powders from HERO ARTS Sparkling and RANGER's super fine Gold. I also use ZIG real brush pen in black, HERO ART Unicorn White pigment ink, an acrylic block and a curved border die not shown in the picture.
To keep the supplies to a minimum I shied away from embellishments but if I were to give this card to someone, I would definitely be adding some bling to it. Maybe some gems or sequins, just to up the gleam a little.
Hope you enjoy my little tutorial. See you soon. Enjoy your lovely day.
